This position is the primary point of contact for employees regarding human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Manager delivers processes and services that create, support, and sustain an innovative, high-performance and service-oriented culture. The HR Manager also ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

Experience and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR required, preferably in a Generalist role
  • Professional HR Certification (PHR) preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
