HEMIC has been honored in Pacific Business News’ 2016 awards for “Hawaii’s Best Workplaces”, which recognizes the excellent spirit and diverse characteristics of the top companies in Hawaii. Today is the Property and Casualty Insurers’ Association of America’s (PCI) “Legislative Action Day,” an annual event where insurance company executives from across the country gather to meet with Congress to discuss issues important to the insurance industry and its customers. HEMIC Raises Over $11,000 For The Arthritis Foundation of Hawaii

June 1, 2014 – This year HEMIC employees raised over $11,000 in donations for the “2014 Walk To Cure Arthritis” event for the Arthritis Foundation of Hawaii. HEMIC’s volunteers and this year’s campaign coordinator, Margo Makanani, worked tirelessly and organized numerous activities to earn money for the charity.
