PROHIBITED USES OF THIS SITE

Additionally, in certain cases, references to HEMIC may include one or more affiliates of HEMIC; however, any particular insurance policy or other product or service is the responsibility only of the specific HEMIC affiliate that issues or supplies such policy, product or service.

NO MODIFICATION TO INSURANCE POLICIES

This Site does not amend, modify or supplement any insurance policy or other relationship you may have with HEMIC. Consult the actual policy or HEMIC regarding terms, conditions, coverages, exclusions, products, services and programs which may be available to you. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination of underwriting qualifications and acceptance by HEMIC or the company providing such products or services.

This Site does not make or constitute any representation that coverage does or does not exist for any particular claim or loss, or type of claim or loss, under any policy. Whether coverage exists or does not exist for any particular claim or loss under any policy depends on the facts and circumstances involved in the claim or loss and all applicable policy wording.

NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES

You agree that there are no third party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, or any other third parties entitled to enforce these Terms of Use.

INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CHOICE OF LAW

This Site is controlled and operated by HEMIC from offices within the United States of America. HEMIC makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other sites outside of the United States, or that access to their content from all territories is legal. You may not use this Site or export any Content in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. If you access this Site from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
