OSHA Releases Annual Top 10 Most Cited Violations

Each year, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) identifies their top ten most frequently cited violations. Employers can use this list to identify recognized hazards in their workplaces and make sure they are in compliance. This will increase the safety of their workplace and avoid OSHA citations.
