HEMIC Named “Hawaiʻi's Best Places to Work” 2023

HEMIC is proud to be recognized for the eighth year in a row as a “best place to work” in Hawaiʻi — this year with a “Gold” honor in Hawaii Business magazine’s “Hawaiʻi's Best Places to Work”, to recognize our fifth year on their list. Prior to the Hawaii Business awards, HEMIC was a Pacific Business News “Best Workplace” in 2017-2019.

Describing this year’s winners, Hawaii Business says, "In these companies, people were overwhelmingly positive when asked whether the workplace culture allows them to do their best work, whether they’re enthusiastic about their jobs and feel valued, whether they intend to stay on, and six other measures of engagement.” This year, half of the 76 organizations recognized were medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) like HEMIC.
